Synopsis
A brutal world where endless battles for survival take place not between kingdoms, but between fragile humanity and monstrous hordes.
Asaiah, a sworn knight of the Tecoa Kingdom—a nation pushed to its absolute limits by the unending war against the monsters—returns to the capital exhausted, having lost his father and eldest brother on the blood-soaked vanguard. However, before he can even properly mourn his family, Asaiah is urgently summoned by the King and issued an imperial edict that requires him to risk his life once more. He is ordered to escort the royal Princess deep into restricted territory to find the long-sealed Blue-eyed Wizard, desperate to save a nation that has become as precarious as a candle in the wind.
But due to a sudden, catastrophic accident at the ruins, Asaiah ends up breaking the ancient seal instead of the Princess. He secures a blood pact, promising freedom to Phaith—a magic-user far more powerful than anyone else in the world, an immortal simply called the Wizard—on the absolute condition that he saves the Tecoa Kingdom from annihilation.
Thinking the military alliance would be the end of it, Asaiah finds his relationship with Wizard Phaith strangely continuing, as Phaith arrogantly decides to stay by his contractor’s side rather than accepting a luxurious post at the royal palace…
Asaiah is a knight to the marrow of his bones, a man who consistently prioritises the safety of his family and, by extension, his country over his own personal success, glory, power, or comfort. Phaith is the world’s strongest Wizard—an immortal who had long ago grown disgusted with and disappointed in the fragile creatures known as humans, giving up on everything. Yet, this monster could become the ultimate saviour of humanity, the kingdom threatened by the horde, and Asaiah’s own personal saviour.
This is the epic story of their clashes, their devotion, and their intertwining fates: Wizard: Classic.
