While Cleaning Up the Villain’s Karma

I transmigrated into a villain who dies early on in the story.

He’s a guy with no ability, constantly causing trouble, plagued with inferiority, and whose relationships are completely wrecked.

And I landed in his body when his karma stat was already maxed out.*

As if having my position as commander under threat due to bad karma wasn’t enough,

the squad I was assigned to is treated like tr*sh, even being openly ridiculed by other members.

Then our leader, Kwon Abin, ended up in danger of being dragged to headquarters.

So I had no choice but to challenge a senior commander to a mock battle.

‘…We won?’

‘Huh? Yeah. It was tough, but it wasn’t impossible.’

I guess that’s the power of a longtime fan who’s stuck with the original game for ten years.

I decide to use that knowledge to turn around the perception others have of me and of those around me.

And maybe, once I’ve cleared away all this karma, there will come a day when at least one person will love me.

‘Captain, was that valid?’

‘What?’

‘That thing you said—that you liked me.’

Never in my life did I expect a confession rush to come as part of this karmic punishment.
