I’m Holed Up Deep in the Forest

“Hey! The princess’s here!” Such voices are frequently heard by the man living in the monster-infested forest. Upon opening his door, he is met by a beautiful blonde princess, flanked by her guards and ladies-in-waiting. It is a familiar scene filled with familiar faces and routine interactions. Yawning with a weary expression, the man says, “You’re back again? …Oh well, I guess I have no choice.” With a sigh, he guides her into his log cabin, located deep inside the woods inhabited by ferocious monsters. Set in a loosely conceived fantasy world, this is a leisurely story about a man transported to another world and the princess who comes to visit him.
