Disobedience to an Immoral Order

In the present day, the ideological conflicts once thought to be a relic of the past have reignited. The Alpha Alliance and the Kaiser Empire mock and ridicule one another, unleashing a universal tornado of Cold War, much like the one that engulfed the 20th century of the Earth era. And where two hostile powers exist, something inevitably arises: espionage and counter-espionage—in short, spy warfare.

Cadet Enzo Rosetti was the one who took the bold step of being the first to rebel against the military academy’s atrocious social experiment. After he slyly slipped past even Isaac’s scolding with a tearful act, it was only natural that Isaac would take him on as his clientes. And so, the affectionate relationship between the two, which had been a ‘platonic’ Patronus-Clientes relationship (a system of adoption of commoners by the noble class, derived from the patron-client relationship of ancient Rome), becomes the top priority of the Emperor and the Security Intelligence Service when Enzo is accused of being a spy…!
