Synopsis

A voice as cold as ice crystals piling beneath the feet cuts through the air. Flinching at the sudden, freezing temperature, Doyul can’t suppress the dark laughter bursting out of him.
Well, whatever is going on, it’s none of his business anymore.
Watching Chobi’s behavior, something boils up inside of him. Barely holding it back, he opens his mouth to speak.
“…Hey, you.”
“Yes?”
Ignoring her clueless reply, Doyul scans her up and down with a piercing look.
“You… when did you last wash?”
Chobi can only stare back at him blankly, completely thrown off by the unexpected question.
Chobi opens her water bottle, wets both of her hands, and pulls a small empty bottle from her clothes to hold in her palm.
Under Doyul’s mysterious, intense gaze, she flashes an awkward smile.
“Ah, this is disinfectant.”
After blurting out the awkward explanation, she holds her hand out to him with a smile. Doyul looks down at her small, white palm, the corner of his mouth smirking.
“I’m not receiving guidance by hand today.”
“Yes? Really? Then… how…?”
“Hug me.”
Why is he being like this? Hesitating a bit at his sly, teasing demeanor, Chobi finally gives in and wraps her arms around Doyul’s waist. She lifts her head to look straight at him.
“…I’ll guide you.”
“Yes.”
The moment he answers, a brilliant, bright yellow light floods the entire room. It’s the same process as any other guide, but no one else can match the sheer energy and blinding brightness of the light she exhales.

Doyul closes his eyes against the radiance, locking his arms around Chobi and embracing her with everything he has.
