Male Lead: Cha Jinheon — A top-tier South Korean actor who hasn’t taken a break for 27 years since debuting at the age of five. Driven by relentless stalking, he halts all activities and heads to the quiet village of Hyangmae-ri. He suspects the suddenly appearing Onyu of being a stalker, yet finds himself unable to keep his eyes off her.

Female Lead: Lee Onyu — A former resident at a prestigious university hospital who returns to her hometown after burning out on hospital politics. Having spent her entire life buried in books, she fails to recognize Jinheon. When he refuses to give her his name, she simply dubs him “Kim Cheolsu.” Slowly, she begins to feel a lingering affection for the man she once thought was merely sensitive.
