Joseon Advanced High School, commonly known as Jogo, is attended by Zainichi Koreans affiliated with Chongryon.

One day, an incident occurs where a student from Jogo has their school badge stolen by a student from Guksagwan High School.

For a Jogo student, this is an incident that must be regarded as an act of plunder and a hostile action against the entirety of Jogo.

However, Jo Tae-jeong, the student council president of Jogo, hopes for a peaceful resolution, and conveys a request to the president of Guksagwan High, Masaki Goto, to return the badge.
