Sailing Against The Current
逆水行舟
Synopsis
[A pretentious and troublemaking young master Alpha × a tough but soft-hearted elite bodyguard Omega]
Chief bodyguard Chu Yang was raised from a young age to be an Alpha, only to be informed at the age of nineteen that he was about to present as an Omega.
He decided to temporarily switch employers to delay his secondary gender differentiation.
Three years later, the rebellious second young master was suddenly grounded.
Chu Yang rushed back to the country to put out the fire, taking on the daunting task of providing 24-hour close (surveillance) protection (control) for this former employer.
After three years apart, Ling Yibo was still decadent and unruly, like a Rottweiler with an intense sense of territoriality.

When his heat cycle arrived, and the source of his desire was just next door, Chu Yang—for the first time—found it unbearable.
Tossing and turning for over twenty minutes, he finally gave up resisting, sat up, parched and restless.
He prepared to go to the kitchen to get a drink of water.
The door opened, and a gust of wind swept through him, making Chu Yang shiver.
Standing at the doorway was none other than Ling Yibo.
This S-class Alpha was wearing…
A bite inhibitor.
Though clearly muzzled, he resembled a wolf feigning docility.
Second Young Master Ling stepped into the room and shut the door behind him.
Chu Yang said, “Is that your new fashion accessory, Second Young Master Ling?”
“Opportunity only favors the prepared.”
Ling Yibo used the lower half of his face—still wearing the bite inhibitor—to press against the side of Chu Yang’s face. “Does it look good?”
·
Ling Yibo: Can you call me young master?
Chu Yang: …No. Because it sounds tacky.
Ling Yibo: Then can you call me husband?
Chu Yang: Sure, but it’ll cost extra.
Ling Yibo: ?
