Synopsis
The Lady of the Esteemed Rockwood Earldom, Diane
After tragically losing both of her parents in consecutive accidents, Diane is forced into marriage with a wealthy man thirty years her senior by a distant relative who becomes her new guardian.
On her wedding night, as she waits for her husband, she is mu*dered.
But to her shock, she opens her eyes again… back in time, standing before her father’s lifeless body.
Believing that she was killed by her husband, Diane is desperate to escape her impending marriage. To do so, she approaches Captain Julian Harbour, a notorious rake of high society, with a bold proposal.

At first, it was sympathy.
Looking at her, she seemed like the most wretched soul in the world, so pitiful that he couldn’t simply walk away.

Thus, Julian begins a fake courtship to help Diane find a more suitable husband.
